   I propose you to try Microsoft Security Essentials ! It’s an Antivirus developped by Microsoft, i ever used Nod32, but since they do not detect some important threats ( and MSE do ) i switched, and i can only advice you to do the same.

   It’s Free, user friendly, and it do what we need.

   only if you think you might be infected now.

   Then
   i suggest you go and get Avast : http://avast.en.softonic.com/

   you can not get a better anti virus with anti spyware system for free.
   it has many features you will have to pay for in other systems.

   don’t forget to register : http://www.avast.com/registration-free-antivirus.php
   or you will only have it for 30 days
   by registering you will get a licence for a full year.
   just re-register at the end of the year to get another one year licence.

   if you do not like the look of Avast
   then microsoft supply a system for free..

   Remember
   you must only have one antivirus system on your computer at anyone time.

   Try this:

   I have the free versions of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (MBAM) and Avast Antivirus installed. They won’t conflict, so long as you don’t attempt to scan with both simultaneously.

   You should also install an anti spyware program that will detect and remove any future threats of malware, spyware, adware, keyloggers, etc.
   I recommend SuperAntiSpyware at superantispyware.com , it is free to download.
