What is winrscmde norton keeps telling me it is taking high cpu usage, i’ve run a full system scan and a quick scan, the only thing is picked up was a trojan which it fixed.

The winrscmde is a normal standard file used by Microsoft. The svchost.exe *32 is related to the HP printer processes.
