Possibility of a Redirect virus specific to one site?

So, my google chrome redirects me to a domtrot.com then to stationawardspot OR secredir.com to your-approvalplace.com ONLYY when I try to go to a specific webpage on tumblr. This only happens when I type the URL into the url box; if I go onto tumblr, search the username through there and click on the link, everything is fine. How do I fix this?
