On IRS website i put my info on where’s my refund and it is telling me to check to make sure my info.?

All my info is correct, but it is like they don’t have my return. Two days ago it was giving me a date to expect my refund, and even earlier today it worked, then tonight it is not it is telling me to check back that it does not have my info.

    That message means you are locked out from checking too often. It has been doing that to a lot of people though so it could just mean the site is screwed up.

    The wmr is down. It should give u a update monday morning.

    For whatever reasons now, the WMR site has stopped updating. As if the IRS didn’t have enough on their plates =)

    The only true way to find out when your DD date has been scheduled is to call Monday-Friday to 800-829-0582 ext 362. They should be able to give you the correct info.

    Tyrany- the statement is true that you can lock yourself out but it has been confirmed by myself and many others by the IRS that the system is not updating. Hope it works out soon for us all.

    The wmr is down. i checked last night and it was down. I just checked a few minutes ago for the first time and it is still saying that i may be entering the wrong info.My update has been at 2/7 since accepted on the 18th. People keep saying you can be locked out… I dont believe that. hope you get your refund soon!

    Mine worked fine ! I think there system is just overloaded.
