“I SHOULD receive my refund by February 7, 2012″ so I might still get it by Jan 25th like cycle charts date?

They accepted my return on January 18th, but my date has always said I should receive it BY February 7, 2012, not necessarily on that date. That’s way off from what the cycle charts says… wondering if they are just giving themselves time and will change it this week to the actual date the chart showed once they actually go through it.
