I need to get into a wepa2-psk or anything lower in security. does any one know of any programs I can use?

I have a pretty shit internet that is Satellite I can do normal stuff fine but when it comes to gaming its crap because of the latency issues Satellite has, and I want to get into near by networks witch I have been doing but they have put security on wpa-psk to be exact, there is all so more networks as well but I have only found one with just wep and I have to put my antenna out side to get it, any ideas or programs?
