How to get rid of unwanted guest?

Asked by: 645 views Computer Security

Last year my boyfriend and I moved into his brother old apartment. We were going to take over the lease and he was moving in with his girlfriend! Things were ok for about two weeks but slowly he started back staying at the apartment! To make a long story short we all ended up living together for a year! This year my boyfriend and myself got an apartment of our own! And for the past week his brother has been staying, when I asked my boyfriend has he moved in, he said idk! That pissed me off! So tonight I confronted his brother and he laughed like I was joking! When I get home I’m tired I want to walk around my house the way a want! I work nights! And when I come home he’s here! I really about to snap! Please help! I want him out!

Well first. Get your boyfriend to talk to him, it will end badly if u lash at his brother, because bro’s before hoes.. Not saying your a hoe. but you know the saying… Anyways.. Try talking to your boyfriend calmly and tell him how you feel.. (i dont know why you haven’t done this already).. Then if your boyfriend wont do it, just be like, So why are you living with us? but ask in a more appropriate manner… But if your boyfriend tries and fails, i suggest you get your boyfriend to do it again but go with him, just dont lose your cool or it can turn into something so much worse

There are some legals process that is use to kick someone unwanted guest of your house, but there are some requirements that you have to meet first, your name should appear in the house ownership papers. if your name is not in the owner ship paper you still can do it but you must be married to your boyfriend, it could be a legal married only, if the ownership is a a name of both part you still can do it, well the process is to call a marriage social worker or lawyer and tell them that you want to start a eviction process against your boyfriends’s brother, tell them that you want to start the process for privacy matters if the requirements are meet the process shouldn’t take more than a week but you have to show that you have good reliable motives to start a eviction process against of somebody that have the permission of the second owner in this case is your boyfriend. if your motives are trusted you maybe get the eviction without your boyfriend permissions but in other case you will need your boyfriend to sign the eviction paper.

well that pretty much is the legal part of the matter. I don’t think that your boyfriend will be very happy when he figure out that you are trying to kick out his brother after you guys stayed there.

here is some legal information about the matter, read it before making any move, you have the right to privacy in your own property and in anywhere else: http://www.lawny.org/index.php/housing-self-help-141/housing-and-eviction-self-help-142/175-evicting-someone-who-shares-your-home

Tell your boyfriend that you and he got the apartment for the two of you and he needs to talk to his brother. If he thinks it’s still ok for his brother to live there then apparently he wants the apartment for the two of them and it’s time to cut your losses. If he is that willing to share your living space with the brother then he is willing to share YOU with the brother and that will end very badly. Very badly for you. Don’t start by getting in his face but he should be receptive to your feelings. The brother is welcome to come by and visit but not move in. The most unwelcome guest are the ones with suitcases and keys to your home.

when hes watchin tv cut the power to the room hes in when ever hes doing anything he enjoys cut the main resource to his activities if possible…. tell him your trying to save power…. he will eventualy get unconfortable and leave…. or tell him off to his face tell him you will call the cops and he has x amount of hours to get out if he doesn’t leave call the cops have them remove him from the home…. tell your boyfriend about the situation first of course…. and tell him either he gets him removed or you will do it your way regardless what he thinks… if your boyfriend doesn’t care no offence but hes not quite the boyfriend…. you were thinkin because he doesn’t seem to care bout your comfort level its your guyses place is he paying rent… no why is he staying over…. but tell your boyfriend if he doesn’t do something about it you will have him removed by force for trespassing
