How do i get rid of this appbario8 toolbar?

So i downloaded this LogMeIn Hamachi because my friend told me too, supposed to be some lan thing for gaming. But it snuck in another thing with the download, this appbario8 toolbar and maybe some other things. I cant get rid of it, theres nothing on the internet about it except from this dl-browser.com which tells me nothing and sketches me out. I deleted it all from my registry, deleted it useing Control Panel > uninstall programs, deleted and reinstalled google chrome, AND IT IS STILL THERE!!!!! You cant disable or hide it either. I suspect its some sort of virus because it looks cheap, theres no info on it, and you cant get rid of it. Also i did run AVG 2012 and got nothing.

    Use Windows uninstall or change programs
    System Restore
    Delete the destination key for the program in regedit
    Disable the program msconfig

    Go to control panel > add remove programs> look for it in the list and uninstall

    type msconfig into run start menu.
    go to start up config.
    look for the toolbar if its in the list and untick it

    check your browser add-ons to make sure the toolbar is uninstalled. sometimes you can just uninstall a toolbar through the browser without going to add remove programs

    when its removed, download ccleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
    do a registry scan and delete any traces of it, if any, on your system that might remain on the registry
