federal bureau investigation computer hacking?

theres this thing everytime i log in that pops up and it says federal buerea investigation and it says ive been hacking music and videos which i havent been. and that if i dont go to cvs or a gas station within three days the fbi will be on my case. i know its bull crap so i turned off my computer and put it in safe mode. any idea how i could get if off my computer?

    Virus scan from a respective company that is fully updated will have the means to remove such a bogus browser hi-jacker

    you have the FBI Moneypack virus, you can get rid of it by removing it into safe mode and downloading Malwarebytes
