fbi locked my computer?

so i was trying to download steam hack patch and the screen whent white and this mesage poped up saying i have bean downloading e legal software witch i was but then it says i must pay $ 200 fine im very scared because i got a note in real life by Comcast i’m very scared please help i am so scared what should i do i cant do everything on my computer it shows my ip address and the fbi logo please help what should i do. i,m feal like i will have a heart atack

    The FBI did not lock your computer…it’s malware…a scam.

    It’s a scam you moron, if it was the real FBI you’d be in court. And the fine would be much more than 200$ .

    You have malware.

    Press windows key R.
    type mrt and enter
    Do a full scan.

    If that doesn’t work, on a clean computer, not that one, download Malwarebytes and run it on the computer.
