Can parents see what I search on my computer?

I have a nook tablet. My friend searched for porn and watched it. Will my parents see the websites in the mail?

    No, the only way somebody will be able to see it if somebody sees the history results ON your tablet. There’s no way to see it otherwise. So don’t worry about it.

    Your internet habits can ALWAYS be tracked no matter what you do, IF the person doing the tracking wants to track your behavior bad enough, you simply CAN NOT stop it.

    Lol at “your friend” but yeah they can see what you’ve searched if they really look. Once you do something on a computer it is forever in that computer

    Just because you delete history it still wont make it go away. There are programs that can wipe everything you deleted for good by replacing the empty parts of the hard drive with random numbers. You gotta search for a program like that for your tablet. Google them.

    Let’s say I was your parents and I wanted to track what you did on your computer. I could set it up to send me a list every day of every site you (or your “friend”) went to.

    Only way people will see what you search for on your tablet is if they check browser/search history or have a spy app installed. You can clear your history though. You’re screwed if they have a spy app installed.

    you can clear the browse history in the settings of the browser. or you can view in a private mode. many browsers get this feature.
