Avast warning box keeps popping up.Help!!!?

Hi, I have Avast Home edition installed on my pc and when I logged in today the Avast warning box kept popping up about every 2 mins telling me that it has blocked a malicious url.
The object is: dobihuw.info/posting.php. Infection is URL: Mal and Process is C:Windows/explorer.
I am running the full scan right now and there are no infections found so far so can anyone please help me with this. Thanks you!

    You should also have MBAM as a second opinion scanner. Just to be safe, stop your scan, and run rkill, it’s a small executable, no need to install, just download to the desktop, and double click the icon. Read the description.

    After rkill has run successfully, install, and run a full scan with MBAM, it’s free:

    http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4716-malwarebytes-anti-malware.html
    Decline the free trial on install.

    Then run a full scan with Avast. You should be malware free after this.
